Home Page – before and after
Over time, as new training courses and services became available, the home page had become a little ‘cluttered’ with a lack of focus on what the company actually did – consulting and training. Hansa had also published a book, which had become the main focus of the page.
Hydra redesigned the page with a slider image for each of the five key areas of training and consultancy with image link boxes to each below. We featured the book further down the page and added client quotes and logos (each one downloaded from the customer’s website and resized for the new AUM site). Clients had only previously been referenced elsewhere on the site by a text list.
Book Page – before and after
The book page is just an example of how we can take your old content and give it a facelift. The original book cover image was small and flat and not in keeping with the new site design. So we took a copy and created two new graphics. One as the page header background and another for the link to buy the book.

Course Pages – before and after
The whole site has been reorganised and structured into five main service areas. Each main area can be accessed in a number of ways; via the home page sliders, the home page feature images, the main menu (the services menu using a special ‘mega’ menu feature), or once in a service area, via a custom menu on the right side of the page. Each service page, lists the specific training courses below the main description, again making it easy for visitors to find the right course for them. Each course page has it’s own feature image and a consistent format for more information.
Contact Page – before and after
The original contact page provided all the necessary information to contact AUM. This is an example of how basic information can be better presented. It even includes some animation (modern browsers only, and not on mobile).
